We do many different things, and there is always something interesting going on. As time allows, others will post their biographies on this page.
My (Bob) Interests Vary
I can become interested in anything.
I love banjos and electric guitars. I adore slot and pinball machines, and other old things.
When I had a serious job, I helped bring the Palm Pilot to market, I also helped with the famous "X-Jack" once popular with the Laptop Computer crowd.
I worked my way through Megahertz Corporation, US Robotics, 3Com, and MSL, a Contract Manufacturer.
Modems, network, (NIC) and combo cards were my passion as well as my job.
We manufactured hundreds of different products for hundreds of OEMs.
We manufactured all Palms and Palm Pilots as well as the Rio MP3 Player. By the way, we did it in Utah and for less money per unit than an offshore manufacturer could.
I am fascinated with how printed circuit boards and designed and fabricated, and I like dogs.
And I love Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, Indian "Moto-Cycles" Vincents, Scott Flying Squirrels, and Brough-Superiors.
Did I mention that I like dogs?
